Adjectives Game
This is a simple ESL game for practicing basic adjectives in English. The aim is to help students review beginner level adjectives in a fun way.
The game has 3 parts. In the first part you have to look at the adjective image and click on the matching text. In the second part, you have to look at the text and click on the matching image. Finally, in the last part, you have to make a basic sentence to match the adjective image.
The adjectives used in this game are organized into pairs of opposites. For adjectives without opposites, they are grouped with similar adjectives. The adjectives used are:
- cold, hot, tall, short, fat, thin
- big, small, happy, sad, hungry, thirsty
- heavy, light, good, bad, dangerous, safe
- fast, slow, beautiful, ugly, dirty, clean
- long, short, easy, hard/diff, old, new
- noisy, quiet, sunny, cloudy, strong, weak
- wet, dry, windy, snowy, right, wrong
- boring, interesting, messy, tidy, large, little
- expensive, cheap, late, open, huge, tiny
- quick, empty, bright, crowded, healthy, unhealthy
- busy, cosy, colorful, disgusting, rainy, on fire
- soft, smelly, dead, far[away], cracked, flat
- exhausted, nervous, proud, surprised, unfriendly, depressed
- annoyed, confused, grumpy, cheerful, elderly, funny
- angry, disappointed, romantic, athletic, pleased, jealous
- scared, shy, heart-broken, bored, upset, frightened
- sick, excited, unhappy, tired, rich, poor
- delighted, hurt, warm, cool, nervous, fit

Please make an option to select! So that there is a chance to choose the group (as in the other exercises, e.g. prepositions). I'd like to take each group of adjectives separately, on different days.
